The process

Every IINAT blazer begins with what already exists.

IINAT works with vintage tailoring and surplus silk to create one-of-one pieces through careful reconstruction, detail, and restraint.

01

Curated

Vintage blazers are sourced and selected for structure, quality, material, and character. We look for pieces with strong tailoring potential — garments that already carry shape, history, and presence.

02

Deconstructed

Each blazer is opened, assessed, and prepared for its new form. The original construction is respected, while selected elements are adjusted, refined, or replaced to make room for the new silk lining and details.

03

Reimagined

Each surplus Italian silk lining is chosen individually. The contrast between the blazer and the silk is central to the IINAT language: structure softened by movement, heritage reworked with femininity, strength balanced with elegance.

04

Finished by Hand

The final details are completed by skilled hands. Silk-covered buttons, lining work, and tailoring details are crafted in Belgrade by seamstresses and artisans with generations of experience.
